Description
This transport restraint system uses a combination of Model 1 Universal handcuffs and Model 1900 Leg Irons; both in satin nickel finish. The length of the chain between the cuffs is 32”. Smith & Wesson handcuffs are made from the highest quality carbon steel, heat treated, with hassle-free ratchets for quick handcuffing, and double locks to prevent tampering.
